AI-Powered Interview Transcripts and Summaries
Teamdash now offers automatic interview call transcripts and summaries for Microsoft Teams users.
The feature can be enabled through Teams calls integration.
You can always turn it on/off for each interview invite.
You can cancel the recording during the call if a candidate objects at the last moment.
Teamdash generates a call transcript from the recording. The AI assistant provides you with an automatic summary with key insights for all project members. Read more HERE.
In addition, the Transcripts tab holds a chat window with AI assistant! The AI can assist to give answers about the candidate motivation, likes and dislikes, career experience, or even do a fact-check.
You can delete a current chat and revisit older threads by you or other project members.
Updated LinkedIn integration
We have launched an updated integration with LinkedIn. You can post listings straight from Teamdash to LinkedIn. It's available for all Teamdash users with a company account on LinkedIn.
The limited listings are targeted for job seekers. The listings are unlimited, but the reach will be organic and aimed to be visible via job search.
Create a job ad as a landing page in Teamdash and export it to the Teamdash LinkedIn feed.
The listing will appear under relevant job search and company Jobs for applicants on LinkedIn.

Updated CV Market integration
We are happy to share a huge step forward in cooperation with CV Market (CV Keskus) throughout Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The XML integration now accepts landing pages as visuals!
Create one visual both for your career page and CV Market and publish a job ad to all in one flow.
The landing page visual is adopted to CV Market mobile view! This enables a long-waited solution to replace the classic "Descriptions; Requirements; We offer" blocks with an attractive mobile view.
CV Market candidates apply through the job board. The application form is automatically hidden after the export.

Project Templates
Teamdash dashboard includes now a Project Templates menu where Admins can setup structured project templates with automated actions for the recruitment team.

Customize company email signatures
Admin users can now add additional text to the Company mail signature settings. The new "Signature additional text" field ensures that key information, such as legal disclaimers, confidentiality notices, and compliance details is automatically included in every email.
Other improvements
Here's an overview of smaller improvements making Teamdash better:
The Tags menu now holds an option to merge two or more tags together. It's a convenient way to tidy and reorganize your selection of tags without losing any keywords on candidate profiles.
The Forms builder is now more convenient with "Add new field" available under every label. Just look for the ➕ sign between fields!
The Project view offers two activities under the "More" menu: Bulk Anonymize and Copy Profiles to Another Project.
The [position_display_name] merge tag is now available. Add a Display Name to your Project settings and use the merge tag to automatically include a project reference to candidate emails. Even if your project is named "CS_NJ_007", the candidates will get confirmation for applying to the Customer Success role.
