Google Calendar & Meet integration!

Connect your Google account with your Teamdash user account!

  • Your Teamdash user email must be the same as your Google Calendar's email.

  • When scheduling an interview, you can bring your Google Calendar view into Teamdash.

  • Video calls are scheduled through Google Meets.

Mail identities

We've updated the flow when using multiple mail identities for your company. A company email domain will be chosen to match with the Teamdash user account email.

This benefits organizations with the Teams settings to manage multiple brands within one Teamdash instance.

Asynchronous videos interview improvements

Every great feature needs an upgrade after some time! There are many improvements made in the background, and some are visible to end-users:

  • Recruiters can download video interview answers to their computers.

  • Candidates now receive stern warnings about closing the browser without saving their responses. Additionally, the system will provide clearer and more expressive notifications once the videos are uploaded.

New filter type "has none"

The new Talent Pool filter type 'has none' helps recruiters search for candidates who are not associated with any project.

Limited user file access rights

  • You can now limit the access rights to the Candidate profile Attachments list for limited users. You can limit the view to project files only where the limited user is a member.

  • The option to set a preference is added under the Organization settings, Project tab.

Apprenticeship integration!

Integration with Apprenticeship.gov.uk will streamline the process of posting and managing apprenticeship opportunities directly within Teamdash. You can now access a larger pool of potential candidates who are specifically interested in apprenticeship positions.

Updated Custom stage categories

This improves the UX around using Custom stage categories to reduce confusion and effort required to set up better reporting.

  • All stages are automatically linked to the "default" custom stage categories.

  • Everything related to custom stage categories can now be managed in one view.
