Adding a video block to your landing page
Our landing page tool video block now includes flexible options to add your video. In addition to embedding YouTube links, you can now:
Upload videos directly.
Use Vimeo links.
Add a file URL link.
Create engaging and multimedia-rich landing pages with ease.
Source visible on Candidate Card
The Candidate Card settings now offer to enable showing application source right on the candidate card preview.
How to enable this feature:
Navigate to Organization Settings ⟶ Project Tab.
From the Candidate Card settings, you can toggle the option to display candidate source.
Updated Job Requisitions
The add-on now includes essential features to engage hiring managers from the start of a new recruitment need to making a hire:
Team members with the appropriate permissions can edit the requisition details.
The Job Requisition can be seen directly from the project log, making it easier to track and manage.
Improved user interface.

Teamdash is now available in Latvian as an application language. You can set the default language under Organization Settings. Each user can customize their preference under their Account menu.
We've also enabled Latvian specific merge tags to include correct name merge tags into your emails.

Add the candidate's phone number to a Calendar invite.
The interview scheduler step to compose "Calendar invite details" now offers a new merge tag [participant_list_with_phones].
This enables a seamless workflow when agreeing on phone interviews to access a candidate number and start a call quickly.
In addition, the internal Calendar Invites automatically include a link to the Candidate Profile in Teamdash when clicking on the candidate name.
Separate metrics for Time to hire and Time to fill
We've now separated the Time to hire and Time to fill metrics, giving you clearer insights into your recruitment process.
In addition, we've added period-over-period change indicators, allowing you to track performances over the last 28 days.
The indicators will show you how your hiring times are improving or where they may need attention.
Improved SMS functionality
We've addressed some of the most popular feature requests regarding SMS functionality, bringing several improvements to make communication even easier and more efficient:
SMS merge tags.
You can now save your SMS messages as templates, just like you do with emails and interview invites.
AI assistant for SMS texts, providing helpful suggestions for crafting your messages.

"Privacy Policy" field for Forms. The text is customizable, and the link to your privacy policy is automatically pulled from the Organization Settings GDPR tab to ensure consistency and compliance with your organization's privacy standards.
